The events of the last 18 months have challenged the Kbb industry beyond anyone’s expectations, Covid has undoubtedly disrupted nearly every aspect of life, from the personal to the professional, how customers choose and purchase products and services, even down to how supply chains deliver them. What is has emphasised tenfold is the necessity to adopt and support innovative-led growth more in the short-term to secure a company’s ability to successfully grow in the years ahead. This spans right across an organisation, from product innovation to remain ahead of current market trends, process innovation including improved production techniques and even creating new digital tools to address changes in consumer buying behaviours as a result of accelerated digital disruption. Businesses need to embrace the post Covid world and unlock opportunities the pandemic has presented. Playing it safe may be a short-sighted decision right now.
