Uform Welcomes Record Numbers at Kbb 2020
The Uform team are back to business after a fantastic Kbb show in Birmingham’s NEC last week. Over the course of the four-day event, a large contingent from the kitchen industry turned out to view the newest product ranges on offer across the impressive 256.5sq metre stand.
With Uform’s theme for this year’s Kbb being ‘Opening New Doors’, this aptly reflected not only the three new door styles in the form of Harborne, Kelso and Dawson but also the ‘Beyond the Kitchen’ freestanding furniture concept which was officially unveiled. This new concept is comprised of seven different configurations across four different styles and will now offer retailers and manufacturers, a wealth of choice for their end customers and an opportunity to add real value to any sale. Ranging from coffee tables to sideboards and media units, the ‘Beyond the Kitchen’ offering meets the rising trend in open plan living and allows for homeowners to seamlessly integrate other living zones in their home with the kitchen.
Commenting on the show, Uform CEO Eamon Donnelly said, ‘We’re absolutely overwhelmed by the response we’ve had at Kbb this year. It was the perfect opportunity for us to network and build relationships with our existing customer base and really show them how we have excelled again in terms of product design and choice. We were also fortunate to meet with many new customers who were enthusiastic about what we can offer their business, not only in terms of product but in terms of service and the overall support to help them grow. Despite the current situation with the Coronavirus we did have a slight concern about footfall, but our stand numbers well exceeded those of 2018 which really shows the tenacity of the people in our industry. We look forward to the growth opportunities which now lie ahead’.
In line with the company vision of ‘making it easy for customers to create and deliver the heart of any home, the stand design focussed on people, their kitchen’s and their homes. Three different homes were on show and centred around an ‘outdoor’ themed hospitality area right in the heart of the stand which played host to two evenings of live entertainment.
This latest launch now brings the Uform product portfolio to an extensive range of 21 different door styles. For further details on the latest offerings and the ‘Beyond the Kitchen’ concept, you can now download a copy of the latest Kitchen Stori brochure at uform.co.uk/request-a-brochure.
