Dear Customers,
We wish to clarify our current service offering in terms of the processing of orders and product lead times.
UK Customers
As many of you are aware, we are rolling out our own dedicated delivery service across the UK. This is the start of a major investment by the company to create a dedicated mainland UK presence and redefine our service levels. In order to facilitate the change we are moving cut-off times forward slightly from 5pm to 3pm. This allows our credit controllers and logistics team time to release and plan your orders. From Monday 14 June orders for next day despatch must be received by 3pm.
Lead Times:
Ex-stock orders cut off time - 24 hours before despatch
NI & ROI Order Cut-Off - 11am
UK Order Cut-Off - 3pm
Plus next dispatch day
(Belgravia, Curved Doors, Rezana, Kelso - plus next dispatch day and an extra day for Queens Jubilee)
Urgent remedials received up until 10.30am can be despatched same day on an overnight service if requested.
Design Centre
Our Design Centre has re-opened and will be accessible through an appointment only basis. A number of measures have been put in place to ensure we continue to protect the health and safety of both our staff and our customers, details of which will be available to you in advance of your visit.

Please note, Uform is unable to permit visits from end users, trade customers must accompany end users at all times
