Uform Champions Employer Collaboration in Mid Ulster
Uform is proud to support the launch of the new Mid Ulster HR Employer Forum, a digital platform created to help employers across the region tackle workforce challenges through collaboration and shared expertise.
Led by the Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership (LMP) and funded by the Department for Communities, the Forum is hosted via a private LinkedIn group and offers a secure, invitation-only space for employers to collaborate, share resources, and address workforce challenges together.
The Forum is open to employers of all sizes and sectors, whether they have dedicated HR teams or are business owners managing their own people strategies. It offers a secure, private LinkedIn group, ensuring a professional and confidential space for discussion. Membership is invitation-only, helping maintain a high standard of engagement and relevance. Within the group, employers can share HR templates, resources, and practical advice, ask questions, celebrate successes, and learn from one another. With a strong regional focus, the Forum is designed to address real-world workforce challenges and foster meaningful collaboration across Mid Ulster.

As someone who works in the private sector, I understand the real challenges businesses face around recruitment, retention, and skills development. This Forum creates a practical space for employers to come together, share what works, and learn from each other’s experiences.
By encouraging open collaboration across the region, we can strengthen our workforce and create more resilient, future-ready businesses. I’m proud to support this initiative and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have across Mid Ulster.”
