Our Trade Counter is open Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm.
Yes, collection from our Trade Counter in Toomebridge is available. Where possible, Uform asks that all customers place their orders in advance of collection at the Trade Counter in order to reduce waiting times.
Orders placed before 11am and released can be collected on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be available to collect from 8am the next working day.
Each Uform customers is allocated a standard despatch day(s) depending on location. Uform strongly recommends using its standard delivery service for all goods to ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
An Express Delivery service is available which allows for a parcel / bundle to be delivered the next day (approx. 3 doors per parcel), but we recommend using this service only when there is absolutely no alternative available.
A 24 – 48 hour Express Delivery service is also available for UK customers, however this service is limited to product type and volume.

If you wish to avail of our express delivery service, please take note of the following order cut-off times:
- Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: Orders must be placed by 10.30am for same day despatch
- UK: 24 – 48 hour express service orders must be placed by 10.30am for same day despatch.
No goods delivered will be accepted for return without prior written approval of Uform and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of Uform. If approved by Uform, the goods must be returned within 28 days of original receipt and in their original shipping carton.
Please note, special sized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellations for special sizes cannot be accepted if manufacturing has commenced. Specials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Goods returned without the prior written approval of Uform can at the absolute discretion of Uform be returned to the customer or stored at the customer’s cost without prejudice to any rights or remedies Uform may have.
A handling charge of 30% of the invoice price will be applicable to goods which Uform have agreed to accept as a return and the customer must cover the cost of carriage of the items.
