Delivery, collections & returns

Each Uform customers is allocated a standard despatch day(s) depending on location.  Uform strongly recommends using its standard delivery service for all goods to ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

An Express Delivery service is available which allows for a parcel / bundle to be delivered the next day (approx. 3 doors per parcel), but we recommend using this service only when there is absolutely no alternative available.

A 24 – 48 hour Express Delivery service is also available for UK customers, however this service is limited to product type and volume.

Yes – you’ll receive email confirmation once your order is processed, with your order reference number. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for collection, along with a downloadable depot map and interactive Google directions to help you find us easily!

You can email your order to customerservices@uform.co.uk or order via Uform Online, selecting your preferred depot location at checkout.

Our Click & Collect Service allows you to order today, for collection within 24 – 48 hours of ordering, depending on location (t’s and c’s apply).

This service will be available from our dedicated depots in Derby, Manchester, Birmingham, the North East (Seaham), and in Toomebridge, NI.

Our Click & Collect Service must be collected within 5 days of arrival.  There are no size, weight, or quantity limitations

You can collect your order from one of our four UK depot locations: Derby, Manchester, Birmingham, and the North East (Seaham), or from our Trade Counter in Toomebridge, NI.

• Derby: Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm
• Manchester: Monday – Friday from 8.15am – 3.30pm
• Birmingham: Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm
• North East (Seaham): Monday – Friday from 9am – 4.30pm
• Toomebridge Trade Counter: Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm.

• Derby: Ready 24 hours after ordering (from 2pm the next day)
• Manchester: Ready 48 hours after ordering (from 11am on Day 2)
• Birmingham: Ready 48 hours after ordering (from 11am on Day 2)
• North East (Seaham): Ready 48 hours after ordering (from 12 noon on Day 2)
• Toomebridge Trade Counter: Orders placed before 11am and released can be collected on the same day.  Orders placed after 11am will be available to collect from 8:30am the next working day.

Orders must be collected within 5 days from the date they arrive at the depot.

Orders not collected within 5 days may incur a disposal or returns charge.

No, our Click & Collect service has no restrictions on size, weight, or quantity.

Yes, collection from our Trade Counter in Toomebridge is available.  Where possible, Uform asks that all customers place their orders in advance of collection at the Trade Counter in order to reduce waiting times.

Orders placed before 11am and released can be collected on the same day.  Orders placed after 11am will be available to collect from 8:30am the next working day.

Our Trade Counter in Toomebridge, NI is open Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm.

If you wish to avail of our express delivery service, please take note of the following order cut-off times:

• Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: Orders must be placed by 10.30am for same day despatch
• UK: 24 – 48 hour express service orders must be placed by 10.30am for same day despatch.
