Once your trade account is created, you will be set up to start placing orders or obtain quotations straight away. Our team will provide you with any required samples as well as with our price lists, brochures and any other support or materials needed.

A face-to-face meeting with the Area Sales Manager responsible for your region might also be scheduled after the initial contact.

Once the application form has been completed, our team will contact you to discuss your requirements. An account can be created very quickly and without the need to fill in forms, however quotes or marketing materials might be provided prior to the account being created.

Uform will always try to maintain its lead times, however, capacity will ultimately
determine the time taken to despatch orders. We have a large range of products in
stock which can be shipped on your next despatch day after placing the order with us.
Paint to Order & Made to Order product lead times vary, please select the range page
within the ‘Our Products’ section, for specific lead times.

Delivery charges vary depending on the location where the goods need to be
delivered. Please contact your Business Development Executive for further details on
charges and options.

Yes, we offer a click and collect service for customers in GB. Our Click & Collect
Service allows you to order today, for collection tomorrow. Just place your order by
11am and your items will be available for collection from 12 noon – 6pm the next
day. Our Click & Collect Service is available 5 days per week, with no size, weight
or quantity limitations. For more information on click and collect locations, please contact our Business Development Team.

In Northern Ireland, orders are available for collection at our main office located in
Toomebridge, Co. Antrim. Where possible, Uform asks that all customers place their
orders in advance of collection at the Trade Counter in order to reduce waiting times.

Orders placed before 11am and released can be collected on the same day. Orders
placed after 11am will be available to collect from 8:30am the next working day.

We have recently expanded our drilling capabilities to offer drilling as an additional

Uform offers a 5 year product guarantee which stipulates that all products will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for this period of time from the date of
delivery. A 10 year guarantee is offered on all Vauth-Sagel storage and bin solutions.

Our cut-off time is 10.30am for despatches to NI and ROI, and 15.00pm for GB.

For overnight services in the UK, the order must be placed before 10.30am for the
same despatch day.

Your Business Development Executive will be happy to organise door samples and / or
colour swatches for any of the ranges within our door portfolio.

A wide range of marketing literature is available to you once your trade account is
live. These can all be downloaded from our online portal via Uform Online by clicking
on your account and selecting Marketing Downloads.

No. We don’t limit any account or order to a minimum spend requirement or buying frequency.
