Order process

We offer a reliable order process designed to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service from start to finish.

  • 1.

    Submission

    Orders must be submitted via email. No verbal orders will be accepted.

  • 2.

    Specification

    To ensure that your order is manufactured correctly please detail the range name and sizes required via email.

  • 3.

    Acknowledgement

    Upon receipt of your order, a notice of acknowledgement will be sent to confirm technical details and pricing approval.

  • 4.

    Production

    Production will commence 24 hours after you have received your acknowledgement. Any changes to your order must be made within these 24 hours.

  • 5.

    Delivery

    Any orders with 6 pieces or more will have an additional week added to the delivery lead time.
