Uform Launches New Employee Engagement Platform

As part of the company’s growth strategy and focus on enhancing internal communications and employee wellbeing, The Uform Group has invested in the development of ‘Boon’, a new website exclusively available for all Uform and Andoras employees.  Boon is designed to recognise the achievements of people within The Group and to act as a centralised way to keep people informed of news, events, and other initiatives throughout the company.

Commenting on the launch, Group HR Manager, Sharon Logue says, ‘We’re delighted to launch Boon to our employees across The Uform Group. People are the cornerstone of our business and are pivotal in the delivery of our growth strategy. We recognised a need to further enhance our internal communications and to be able to celebrate successes more among our people. Boon is exclusively available to all employees 24/7 from desktops, mobiles, and tablets.  A Smart Spending App is also on offer for easy, instant access to discounts on the go and a feedback feature is also available to encourage employee suggestions.
