Uform has launched a new, front facing trade website designed to showcase the multi-channel markets the company serves, alongside it’s multi category product offering.
Uform.co.uk has been developed with key trade customers in mind, to include trade manufacturers and suppliers, the independent retail channel, and a dedicated contracts section to serve the needs of housebuilders and property developers. A homeowner section has also been incorporated to address the end consumer market and to help drive awareness of the Kitchen Stori brand.
Ursula O’Dowd, Uform Group Marketing Manager said, ‘We are delighted with our new trade website. The company has grown significantly in recent years in terms of diversification into different segments of the kbb industry, as has our product categories, more recently with the introduction of bedroom doors and accessories. We recognised the need to revamp our digital presence to aptly showcase the customer types we cater for and to help illustrate just how versatile our products are in terms of providing solutions for all areas within the home. We have ambitious growth plans, and the new website will be a key driver in terms of helping to support new account acquisition whilst also helping to organically grow and serve our existing customer base.
Usability has been at the core of the new site design, it’s feature rich in terms of giving visitors the information they need in a quick, user-friendly way. Other additions include an intuitive search tool which allows the user to search for products and services, a live lead time specifier tool for each of our door ranges and a comprehensive support section for frequently asked questions’.
A new people section is featured in terms of supporting the company’s vision of becoming an ‘employer of choice’, this includes employee testimonials and company benefits offered alongside a careers section for any live job opportunities.
