Uform Unveils Winner of Autumn ‘Real Projects’ Campaign

Uform is delighted to name Flannery Kitchens as the winner of its ‘Real Projects Autumn’ Campaign based on a stunning contemporary home in Strandhill, Co. Sligo.

The seasonal campaign is designed to showcase the expertise of Uform’s approved network of independent Kitchen Stori retailers throughout Ireland in partnership with the leading consumer title, Ireland’s Kitchen Guide.

From dozens of entries received, Uform carefully assessed each individual project based on innovation, ergonomic design and materials used and the team at Flannery Kitchens exceeded all expectations.  The Roscommon based retailer was tasked with creating a contemporary yet classic open-plan kitchen-living area for the homeowner and delivered on their vision by featuring Uform’s popular Wakefield range.

A traditional door style, boasting a distinctive beaded centre panel and rich woodgrain, Wakefield adds contrast to the modern architecture of this new build, striking a balance between contemporary aesthetics and timeless elegance.  The chosen colour palette is a stunning combination of Shell and Cardamon, two on-trend colours available through Uform’s Paint to Order service.

Where Function Meets Aesthetics

The Carpenter’s kitchen space is rich with design elements to make everyday living effortless, without compromising on style.  Features include bespoke solid oak tray and chopping board sets nearby for ease of food prep and eye-level cooking appliances.  The magnificent dual-height island featuring a waterfall worktop not only provides additional seating but ample storage with a run of drawers housed on one side.  The lowered sink completes the inclusive design for this accessibility-friendly kitchen space.

Beyond the Kitchen

The expertise of Alan Flannery and his design team extends beyond the kitchen with an intimate built-in dining area featuring two benches, tongue and groove panelling and marble tabletop and the scenic view for its backdrop. A media unit in the adjoining living area provides additional storage with three drawers and display shelving.

The furniture beautifully mirrors the kitchen’s theme for continuity across the large open-plan space with the same tranquil colour palette and key design elements. This clever approach ensures a seamless transition between spaces and creates a harmonious flow throughout the ground floor.
