Uform Unveils Winner of Winter 2024 ‘Real Stories’ Campaign
Uform is delighted to name EXORNA as the winner of its ‘Real Stories’ Winter Campaign based on a remarkable contemporary open-plan home in Castlerock, Co. Derry-Londonderry.
This seasonal campaign aims to spotlight the expertise of Uform’s trusted network of independent STORI retailers across Ireland, in partnership with Ireland’s premier consumer publication, Ireland’s Kitchen Guide.
From dozens of entries received, Uform carefully assessed each individual project based on innovation, ergonomic design and materials used. The team at EXORNA exceeded all expectations. The Coleraine based retailer was tasked with creating a contemporary open-plan kitchen for the homeowner and delivered on their vision by featuring Uform’s popular Tavola range.
Tavola is a modern oak veneer slab door featuring a distinctive woodgrain, creating a refined sense of minimalist sophistication.
Where Purpose and Beauty Align
The Dixon’s kitchen space has been transformed into a haven for cooking, dining and entertaining. A striking large island takes centre stage, providing a welcoming spot for guests to gather, while the stunning stone worktops and marble backsplash create a remarkable focal point. By balancing the rich tones of the stained door finish with the natural warmth of contrasting oak elements, this kitchen offers a design that’s contemporary and sleek, with a seamless flow.
The real veneer woodgrain works in harmony with the understated slab door design which can be styled as handleless or paired with a wealth of handle options. This range is available in a sanded, stain to order, paint to order or colour matched finish, making it easily adaptable to a wide range of spaces from open-plan kitchen cabinetry like this to wall panelling and shelving in other living areas.
A Stunning Bespoke Home Bar
The expertise and passion of Andy Oliver and his team at EXORNA, alongside Kitchen Designer Timmy McAuley, enhanced this kitchen with the addition of a bespoke bar area. Features like the full-height wine cooler, with 10 backlit rack shelves, provide ample space for storing bottles in style.
Adjacent to it, a dedicated drinks cabinet with bi-folding doors, transforms the area into an ideal bar for hosting and entertaining guests. A hanging wine glass rack offers convenient storage, while additional internal shelving allows for easy access to bottles, making drink preparation effortless.
Commenting on the winning entry, Uform’s STORI Brand Manager Shaunagh Devlin says, “Our 2024 Winter Campaign with Ireland Kitchen Guide offers our Approved and Premium Programme Partners an exceptional platform to showcase their design expertise to homeowners seeking inspiration for their kitchens, or living spaces. This initiative highlights the value of choosing a local independent retailer, who can provide personalised support and expert guidance throughout the entire process, from initial concept and design to installation and aftercare. Congratulations to Andy Oliver and his team at EXORNA, including Kitchen Designer Timmy McAuley, for their remarkable work on this project. We’re delighted to see how pleased the homeowners are and eagerly anticipate the innovative projects that will come from our annual Top Real STORI’s competition.”
