Uform Wins Deal of the Year at Insider Media Dealmakers Awards

Uform is delighted to be named as winner of ‘Deal of the Year’ at the prestigious Insider Media Dealmakers Awards which recently took place at Belfast’s Europa Hotel.

The Dealmakers Awards celebrates the major transactions and professionals who are enabling a whole host of mergers and acquisitions. Uform were named winners in the Deal of the Year category (investment in Uform Holdings by Cardinal Capital Group, an exit for BGF Investments). The investment increases the operating capacity of Uform’s Toomebridge facility and also marks BGF’s first significant exit in Northern Ireland.  The judges noted the complexities of the deal and it was shown to be a great example of a home-grown business attracting investment from outside of Northern Ireland.
