HR Administrator (Maternity Cover)

At Uform, we’re not just building a business – we’re building a community. As our new HR Administrator, you’ll be part of the heartbeat of our people operations. From onboarding new talent to keeping our HR systems running smoothly, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
- Maintain and update HR systems and attendance records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
- Assist with payroll updates and HR reporting
- Handle employee lifecycle tasks, including leavers and PPE
- Take notes at investigations and disciplinary meetings
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR matters
- Contribute to engagement initiatives and internal communications
- GCSE including Maths and English.
- 1 year’s HR Administration experience OR 2 years’ general office admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience in a fast paced environment
