Importance of Building a Customer Success Team

Good customer service should be the lifeblood of any business, regardless of size and the industry in which it operates in. Championing this internally helps to provide value, retain customers, reinforce your company and brand values, and helps to reduce employee turnover.

If we isolate the service aspect, you could easily have the best product in the industry, but it’s how you deliver it; an average service offering will ultimately cost you in the long run.
Investing in our people in terms of a skilled Sales and Customer Service Team enables us to offer customers the support they need to ultimately grow their business. By ensuring we have the right people in the right seat to build trusted relationships, is one step to delivering on our service proposition. From sales consultations on best selling products and trends using data rich insights, to training, product and marketing support, our goal is to equip customers with the knowledge and tools required to make informed commercial decisions which generate more sales opportunities for them.
We recently showcased aspects of our service offering at Kbb including our new in-house Design Display Service, our Uform Online ordering platform, our partnership with a leading UK logistics provider and planned product development for the latter end of 2022. Footfall to our room suite was significantly high and the general outlook among the trade was extremely positive.
