ERP Transformation Analyst

Uform Group is embarking on an exciting business transformation programme and is seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Analyst to play a key role in the rollout of our new Acumatica ERP system across the Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ERP professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, driving process improvements, and delivering meaningful change within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role
You will lead the business side of the Acumatica ERP implementation, working with stakeholders across finance, sales, purchasing, production, stock control and despatch functions. From process design through to go-live and hypercare, you will help shape how our business operates for years to come.
This position is fixed-term for 18 months with the potential for a 6-month extension.
- Facilitate As-Is and To-Be process mapping workshops across multiple business functions.
- Translate business requirements into ERP configurations, workflows and functional specifications.
- Standardise processes across Uform Group and act as the key link between operational teams, Group IT and implementation partners.
- Lead data migration activities, including writing MSSQL queries and reconciliation scripts to validate migrated data.
- Develop and maintain operational and management reporting within Power BI.
- Create UAT scripts, coordinate testing activities and manage defect resolution.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities and post-implementation hypercare.
- Design and deliver role-based user training and supporting documentation.
- Develop a network of super users to provide ongoing support within each business area.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering ERP implementations, including at least one full project lifecycle from design through to hypercare.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment, including production, purchasing, stock control and order processing.
- Proven business transformation and process improvement experience.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including queries, joins, views and data validation.
- Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Experience delivering user training and creating clear documentation.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and explaining technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Proactive and analytical, with the ability to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Flexibility to travel between Group sites as required.
- Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms such as Business Central, Sage X3 or Sage 200.
- Manufacturing or furniture industry experience.
- Multi-site or multi-entity ERP rollout experience.
- Project or change management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Prosci.
- Experience using AI-enabled development and productivity tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
