Fairways Gardens Development with Fearon Developments and Wonderglade Homes

Uform is delighted to have supported one of Ireland’s respected development companies; Wonderglade Homes in association with Fearon Developments in the supply of kitchen ranges for 48 new homes in Dundalk’s highly acclaimed Fairways Complex.
Fairways Gardens is situated on the Dublin Road, Dundalk and is a part of the larger Fairways Complex which is home to the newly opened Fairways Hotel and retail centre.
Combined with the onsite facilities such as the neighbouring Felda Health & Fitness Spa, the nearby Dundalk Golf Club, St Francis and St Oliver Plunkett national schools, Blackrock Village and promenade, Fairways Gardens boasts a wide mix of facilities and services right on the homeowner’s doorstep.
Fairways Gardens is on the south side of Dundalk and sits next to Blackrock village. As a result, it’s a first-class residential area for commuting thanks to its local bus service, close proximity to the M1 and Dundalk Clarke Train Station, both connecting to Dublin and Belfast.
Built by Wonderglade Homes with kitchens supplied by Fearon Developments, these 2 bed apartments, 3 bed semi-detached and large oversized 4 bedroom semi-detached homes, are all delivered in the unique Wonderglade Homes way – turnkey finish comprising of painting, fashionable tiling, modern kitchens all with fitted appliances and flooring throughout.
The Uform kitchen range specified in this project came from the modern Strada Matte handleless range in Light Grey, one of 7 popular ex-stock colours available from this smooth matte painted door range, a perfect choice for a contemporary build.
