Hailsham Development with Lorien Interiors and Jenner Group
Project overview
Uform is pleased to have partnered with leading kitchen company Lorien Interiors and award-winning construction company, Jenner Group in the supply of kitchens for a large-scale residential development in the historic market town of Hailsham in Sussex.
The Amberstone development situated on the Amberstone Road features a two-phase build, phase 1 consisting of 110 units, a mix of private sale and shared ownership properties with both contemporary apartments and family-sized homes being offered; and phase 2 consisting of a further 47 units, a mix of private shared and social units in conjunction with Clarion Housing Group.
Lorien Interiors were the chosen kitchen supplier for the project, specifying ranges from the Uform Contract kitchen portfolio. The specification included a mix of contemporary ranges in the form of Zola and Strada, in addition to the more traditional range, Madison. Zola is a modern 18mm slab door available in a selection of on-trend ex-stock gloss colours or as a soft-matte option in a variety of ex-stock colours. Strada is another modern alternative in the form of a slab door with integrated handle, available in a variety of popular ex-stock matte painted colours. Madison is a classic shaker door featuring a solid ash frame with flat veneered ash centre panel and 3mm v-groove at the joints and is featured throughout the development in a painted ex-stock Stone colour.
