Shoreline Folkestone Development with Lorien Interiors and Jenner Group
Uform is thrilled to have partnered with Lorien Interiors and award-winning construction company Jenner Group, in the supply of kitchens for 84 picturesque new homes on the stunning seafront in Folkestone.
Situated along the breathtaking coastline in the bustling harbour town of Folkestone, the first phase of Sir Roger de Haan’s vision for Folkestone seafront first commenced in 2019. Designed by award-winning London-based Architects ACME, this incredible new development flawlessly complements its coastal surroundings with the marine landscape providing the perfect backdrop for residents to enjoy.
Shoreline, Folkestone is located at the foot of the Leas Lift and Coastal Park with 60 apartments split across two seven storey blocks at the East and West ends of the sites, almost like two bookends. The development also boasts 20 interconnecting townhouses and 4 duplexes for maximum diversification.
The Uform kitchen range specified in this project is the contemporary Strada Matte handleless range in Graphite, one of 7 popular ex-stock colours available from this smooth matte painted door range, an ideal choice for a modern location.
This landmark new building really creates a vibrant new community by reconnecting the seafront to the town, while showcasing Folkestone’s continued growth and regeneration.
