Green View Development with Newrooms
Uform is delighted to have partnered with Newrooms in the supply of kitchens for Green View residential development in Freethorpe, Norfolk.
This thoughtfully designed collection of 19 homes offers a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom properties, set within the tranquil surroundings of the Norfolk Broads National Park. Just a short distance from Norwich and the coast, the development combines rural charm with modern convenience—making it an ideal location for families and professionals alike.
With kitchens designed and installed in partnership with Newrooms, the project aimed to deliver high-quality homes that reflect the serene surroundings while offering stylish, functional interiors. To complement the high-quality interiors, Uform’s Kensington range in Light Grey was specified, delivering a timeless shaker aesthetic. With a focus on functionality, style, and efficiency, the project benefited from Kensington’s ex-stock availability, ensuring smooth and fast delivery to site.

The design brief called for a shaker-style kitchen in a soft grey tone, with a layout that included a central island and pilaster-style end panels to add a touch of traditional elegance. Uform’s Kensington range in Light Grey was the perfect fit—offering timeless appeal, durability, and a clean, classic aesthetic.
Each kitchen was also fitted with Vauth-Sagel storage solutions, including integrated bins, to maximise functionality without compromising on style.
