Heap’s Mill Development with Infinite Designs and Legacie Developments
Project overview
Uform is delighted to have welcomed another collaboration with one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate investment and development companies; Legacie Developments in association with Infinite Designs in the supply of kitchen ranges for 544 new homes in Liverpool’s Heap’s Mill development.
Dating back to the 1780’s in what was formerly a rice mill in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle district, sits a prominent Grade II-listed building that’s been substantially redeveloped into world-class luxury living accommodation. Along with the renovation of a well-known four-star hotel and four other residential new-build blocks, Heap’s Mill is a large-scale development in Liverpool’s landscape centred around one of the longest-standing original buildings in the historic city.
Offering studios, stylish Manhattan apartments, and 1-bed and 2-bed units, Heap’s Mill provides eco-conscious, thoughtfully designed and trendy living spaces for city centre young professionals.
This remarkable new development has already transformed what was once an overlooked industrial zone in the city by carefully blending the Grade II-listed architecture with new-build design to create a unique and revolutionary landmark. Heap’s Mill will also play a major role in the ongoing regeneration plans for the local community, while exhibiting Liverpool’s continued growth and state-of-the-art property development.
The Uform kitchen range specified in this project is the contemporary Strada Matte handleless range in Graphite, one of 7 popular ex-stock colours available from this smooth matte painted door range, a perfect option for a modern location.
Showcasing a slab door design with an integrated J-handle, the Strada Matte range delivers a streamlined, premium look for contemporary residential developments like this one, while also offering a competitive price point for the contract market. Topped off with a selection of modern appliances, under-cabinet task lighting and a matching worktop, the kitchens at Heap’s Mill are fully furnished for the demands of busy city life.
