Uform is delighted to have supported one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate investment and development companies; Legacie Developments in association with Infinite Designs in the supply of kitchen ranges for 272 new homes in Liverpool’s sophisticated One Park Lane development.
One Park Lane was voted the ‘coolest place to live in Britain’ by The Times, and is located in Liverpool’s sought-after Baltic Triangle, making it perfect for young professionals, artists and creatives. Part of an impressive £128M regeneration scheme, Legacie Developments has transformed what was formerly one of the last existing warehouse complexes within the area into a vibrant space for homeowners to work, create and socialise.
Reaching a spectacular 16 storeys high, One Park Lane consists of a wide range of apartment styles ranging from chic Manhattan apartments to 3-beds, all with unrivalled waterfront views of Liverpool’s stunning Royal Albert Dock that’s situated just across from the grand block.
