Parliament Square Development with Infinite Designs and Legacie Developments
Project overview
Uform is delighted to have supported one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate investment and development companies; Legacie Developments in association with Infinite Designs in the supply of kitchen ranges for 505 new homes in Liverpool’s Parliament Square development.
Located in Liverpool’s sought-after Baltic Triangle, Parliament Square boasts the prestige of being the very first Tower to be built in the city’s renowned creative, urban area. Featuring a total of 505 apartments which include studios, as well as 1 and 2-bedroom homes, this development provides a fantastic residential environment for both working and socialising. One of the standout highlights from this project is its rooftop spa and swimming pool which offers unparalleled views of city, putting it on-par as one of the most luxurious developments in the district.
Infinite Designs specified Uform’s contemporary Strada Matte handleless range in Graphite for Block D of this project. Available in 5 popular ex-stock colours, Strada Matte is a smooth matte painted door range that’s ideal for modern, open-plan developments such as Parliament Square.
The Strada Matte range features a slab door design paired with an integrated J-handle, creating a sophisticated and modern look that’s also priced competitively for the contract market. The open-plan kitchens at Parliament Square are elegantly designed with modern appliances, under-cabinet task lighting, and herringbone flooring, ensuring a blend of clean aesthetics and optimal functionality for busy professionals.
