The Mercantile Development with Infinite Designs and Legacie Developments
Project overview
Uform is thrilled to have partnered with one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate investment and development companies; Legacie Developments in association with Infinite Designs in the supply of kitchen ranges for 32 new homes in Liverpool’s The Mercantile development.
Formerly known as Spectrum on Duke Street, this boutique-style development has undergone an extensive renovation by Legacie and as a result has been renamed The Mercantile. A new luxury residence on one of Liverpool’s most iconic streets, this fully refurbished building offers luxury penthouse apartments as well as 1 and 2-bedroom homes in the heart of the city. Only a short walking distance from Liverpool’s main attractions such as Liverpool One, the Royal Albert Dock and the Baltic Triangle, this development is in a fantastic location for both working and socialising.
For the modern, open-plan kitchens in this project, Infinite Designs selected Uform’s Strada Matte handleless range in Graphite. With 5 popular ex-stock colours available in this smooth matte painted door range, Strada Matte is a versatile option for contemporary, urban developments such as The Mercantile.
The Strada Matte range features a minimalist slab door design with a built-in J-handle, offering a sophisticated and modern look that’s also cost-effective for contemporary residential projects like The Mercantile. Infinite Designs also equipped the kitchens with a variety of stylish appliances, including an island which features an integrated wine cooler and induction hob, along with under-cabinet lighting and matching graphite wall tiles that complement the worktop and cabinetry. As a result, the open-plan kitchens at The Mercantile combine sleek aesthetics with excellent functionality for homeowners.
